I think the real reason I come back to volunteer at IHA is seeing the positive effect we have on the tenants. The concept of IHA is so much better than other public housing, we support the tenants and want them to succeed, get a job and be able to be part of the real world. I also see how successful the kids can be with the help of tutoring and support of the staff. The only way I see breaking the cycle of poverty is to help the kids.
