Intercommunity Housing Association is a not-for-profit agency with 501 (c) tax exempt status. All donations are tax deductible. IHA is in the process of applying for Missouri tax credits (55%) under the Affordable Housing Assistance Program (AHAP). Please see attached brochure or call Terry Hunn (314-664-6811) for more information and/or to receive a brochure in the mail.
